The dry season from December to April gives my favorite weather by far. Steady sunshine rules and the trade winds keep the tropical heat gentle.
January to March is peak but gorgeous, made for lazy beach days. I loved the calm sea and the clear water during this whole window.
Summer from June to November brings warmth, lower prices, and quick showers. The risk of storms sits mostly in the quieter off season months.
If you crave solitude and bargains, the low season suits you well. I enjoyed empty beaches and chill resorts with softer room rates.
Top Things to See and Do
Ride the scenic railway that loops the island through old cane fields. I leaned out the open car as the Atlantic flashed below the green slopes.
Climb Brimstone Hill fortress, a true Unesco gem high above the sea. The ramparts and the wide views across to Nevis left me totally speechless.
